Moscow - the beautiful stranger
If you take a stroll through the streets of Moscow today, you will quickly see that a new era has commenced in this giant nation.
The people in the streets, restaurants and shops now convey a Western attitude towards life. While the metropolis on the banks of the river Moskva appears familiar, it also presents us with a completely new image. If you take a look along the river towards the cupolas of the Kremlin, turn your eyes across the expanse of the Red Square towards the colourful roofs of St Basil’s Cathedral and you will detect a touch of secretive strangeness.
21st century Moscow is also a city of seduction – relax and let yourself to be enchanted. People, museums and world class monuments await you.
